- iPhone: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Skipr → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Skipr → Cancel
Your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends.
If excuse generation isn't working, try these steps:
- Check your internet connection
- Force close and reopen the app
- Ensure you have an active subscription
- Update to the latest app version
- Restart your device

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies:
- iPhone: Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store support
